Animal Puke Beverages

Apparently Vietnamese weasels enjoy eating the fruit of coffee plants, but since the seeds don’t sit well in their stomachs, the weasels vomit them back up.

The beans are then gathered and lightly roasted to produce weasel puke coffee which is said to have a smooth, rich, and chocolaty flavor.

Come to think of it, chocolate cheesecake also has a smooth, rich chocolatey flavor also. I think I’ll just stick with that.
