Messe Düsseldorf is expanding ProWein's alcohol-free section into ProWein Zero+, giving trade visitors a fuller place to compare zero-proof drinks and follow the category in one dedicated area. At the 2027 show in Germany, the renamed area replaces the narrower ProWein Zero format.
Meininger Verlag's tasting space stays in the plan and lets attendees sample up to 300 alcohol-free drinks in one stop, making side-by-side comparison easier. A new Zero+ Bar with drinkZero founder Dr Klaus Postmann adds a hospitality angle that connects shelf trends with service ideas.
Built as a meeting place for producers and hospitality teams, Zero+ can keep sourcing and category learning in the same part of ProWein 2027. The fair runs March 7 to 9, and the added bar suits an alcohol-free field that now stretches beyond wine into proxy drinks.
