Who can keep up with the latest in fitness crazes? Now comes Acro Yoga - a work out for two that will have yoga enthusiasts in some interesting positions…The NY Post says “it’s like sex - but more bendy” but I’m betting if you get good at Acro Yoga, it would improve anyone’s sex life! Your partner gets to lie on the floor supporting you in the air with their legs and hands, while they hold you up in different positions. They call it “flying”... I call it fun!  Developed by benders Jason Nemer and Carolyn Cohen, it just hit the gym scene and may be the hippest way to get down and dirty while getting flexible. The technique combines yoga with acrobatics for stretching and strengthening, only all the poses are done in the air and in the hands of your partner.
