3D Wall Coverings - Hanna Nyman Peel-Back Wallpaper (GALLERY)

[Edit]
|
Swedish designer Hanna Nyman’s floral inspired wallpaper patterns are not like other wallpapers. They are completely interactive--users can peel back sections of the wallpapers to customize and create 3-D art on the wall. The peel-backs give texture to the wall covering in a way that has not been done before. It is not surprising that Nyman also does origami structures and lights. She was inspired by the poem,"Skogen Skapar” by Ann Jäderlund, which she reiterated in her own inimitable style as “...a crazy story about strange things happening in the forest, like an urban jungle.” She adds, “My work is narrative rather than functional.” Source: hannanyman.se Via: coolhunting |
