Anne Rice’s Rosegate Estate Sale + Ghosts Free

Deep in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana, lies a home in which vampires and ghosts were born; they still live there. Now you can live there too - if you dare take on the creepiest and most frightening creation of all: a mortgage! Anne Rice, the creator of all things vampire, wrote her ‘Vampire Chronicles’ between 1989 and 2004 in the five-bedroom home known as Rosegate. It also is the setting for her Mayfair Witches books.

Recent owners of Anne Rice’s former Rosegate home claim the house is haunted. It’s up for sale, so if you’d like to find out whether this claim is true or not, you can do so for a cool $3.75 million.
