Charlie Kratzwer's Basement is a Magic Marker Art Project

With a $10 decorating budget, Charlie Kratzer decided to get creative with his basement and turn it into his personal art project. He purchased a few Sharpie markers and decided that he would draw on the cream-colored walls to bring the room to life.

Several Magic Markers later, Kratzer had several literary, political and television character sketches to keep him company in the basement, from Winston Churchill to Rocky (from Rocky & Bullwinkle) and even the Walrus and the Carpenter. His basement also has drawn wallpaper, fireplaces and shelves too.
