Having a unique selling proposition is everything, and this Chinese taxi driver has USP nailed. My new hero went and installed a karaoke machine in his cab specifically for customers. The kit consists of three flat screens, 16 speakers, amplifiers, and disco lights. Oh yeah!

Customers ask for his cab specifically, and wouldn’t you? What a great idea—and best of all, it’s from a cab driver instead of an advertising or creative exec who’s being paid ridiculous amounts of cash.

A few verses of “Hey Caroline” is enough to cheer me up any day!
