The 'Healthy HouZe of Work and Rest Ithaca' For Freelancers

In May 2009, the first seaside coworking campus will be opened in Crimea, Cape Meganom. The accommodations are designed for those who want to stay near the sea for longer than a few month to work in peace, and is bravely named “Healthy HouZe of Work and Rest Ithaca."

This place was created for freelancers who work remotely and can live wherever wanted. Physically, the project looks like a tourist resort, which consists of 15 houses, five of which have already been reserved even before the opening is formally announced. Each room is equipped with everything necessary for effective work and to foster healthy and creative lives and unobtrusive socialization.

The cost of living in a room, which is designed for three people (a family), costs in between 450 - 700 euros ($568 - $884). Creators have paid attention to all the infrastructure to maximize quality of life in the “state within a state” holiday Healthy HouZe of Work and Rest Ithaca.
