Construction Site Monsters

University Student Charged for Scary Creation from Scraps

Joseph Carnevale, a North Carolina State University student, was recently charged for creating a monster out of construction site materials.

Although the university student probably thought it was a good joke at the time, he doesn't look too pleased in his mugshot!
