Like their owners, pets are certainly susceptible to wrongdoings but, really, who is to blame for animal vices? Debauched doggies and corrupted kitties are like spoiled, bratty children whose indulgent parents allowed them too much of a good thing.
Are we turning our pets into alcoholic, overweight, drug-addicted critters? If we buy them doggie beer or wine, take them to animal love hotels and pierce and tattoo them we most certainly are enablers to animal vices. It seems we may soon be seeing owner/pet AA meetings.
