Small Businesses Do More Work on Smartphones Than Ever

Do you work on smartphones for your job? If you run or work for a small business, the chances are the answer to that question is yes.

This infographic takes a closer look at work on smartphones within the small business context and breaks down just how central the devices have become to operations.

To begin with, 96% of small businesses rely on wireless networks, and 43% of small businesses allow their employees to work away from the office. That’s an 80% increase from 2009. And the newer a business is, the more supportive it is when it comes to allowing work to be done on smartphones. It is simply becoming part of the natural flow of work that cannot be avoided.
