Designer Muse Portraits

Riccardo Tisci is Joined by Kanye West in Vogue US March 2012

Givenchy Creative Director Riccardo Tisci is joined by five of his most famous muses in the Vogue US March 2012 issue. In a spectacular shoot photographed by the legendary Annie Leibovitz, Tisci is pictured with Kanye West, Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine, Karolina Kurkova, Liya Kebede and Liv Tyler, who appears in the recently released rocking music video for Givenchy’s new fragrance, Very Irrésistible Givenchy Electric Rose.

The photo shoot accompanies an in-depth profile on Tisci and his relationships with the five stars by Vogue editor-at-large Hamish Bowles. In particular, Tisci and Bowles discuss the designer’s experience working with Kanye West and Jay-Z on ‘Watch the Throne,’ for which he acted as Art Director that included designing a special edition album cover.

The Vogue US March 2012 issue features British songstress Adele on the cover.
