The Vogue Paris May 2012 'L'Adoree' photoshoot showcases the beauty of former Victoria's Secret model Laetitia Casta. The French icon served her native country well, and with the help of stylist Emmanuelle Alt, she exhibited some incredible headpieces.

Photographer Mario Testino directed the L'Adoree production. The images captured by the world-renowned professional are smouldering to say the least. The most remarkable aspect is Casta's persistently veiled face, covered throughout with a grandiose black faux swan and a sheer lace mask. When these veneers were not present, militaristic caps and Casta's own wavy hair covered considerable chunks of her fierce features.

Testino is now a veritable figurehead in the realm of fashion photography. His collaborations with Versace, Valentino and Gucci have been praised to no end, and his work here will certainly receive the same high regard.
