Haung Yung-Fu, an 86-year-old man, is responsible for transforming a military dependents' village into a paradise of color and peace. What's even more incredible is that the mayor has decided, due to the villagers' high demands, to preserve this public museum. Haung Yung-Fu's work certainly deserves total admiration and respect because it does not only showcase Taichung's art, but it also represents the history of a community.
