Yoox.com’s Socially Conscious Apparel Gives Fashion a Kind

Killing two birds with one stone, Yoox.com released socially conscious apparel tees to celebrate the release of its website in China and to help out a charity called Fashion for Relief. With the help of celebrated designers like Phillip Lim, Dolce & Gabbana, Masha Ma, Moschino and Qiu Hao, the company came up with designs for these graphic tees.

Each shirt takes some influence from China and showcases the distinct flavor of the designer, such as the red heart design emblazoned with Moschina on Moschino tees. To sweeten the deal, all of the proceeds of the $35 shirts will go directly to the a charity headed by the campaign's model, Naomi Campbell. The charitable organization, created in 2005, is focused on mobilizing the fashion industry to raise money for humanitarian causes such as helping those affected by Hurricane Katrina.
