Every year 10 young promising designers are invited to Hyères Fashion & Photography festival in the south of France. This year looks very promising for men’s fashion, as you can see from the finalists’ collections in the gallery above.

I love seeing men’s fashion grow each year and break new boundaries. These collections are very exciting in so many ways with seductive and well-crafted details.

Besides being voted to win the prestigious award as the best designer at Hyères by a high-profile industry jury, the winner will also walk away with a cash prize of €15,000 courtesy of Swarovski, who is keen to support young talent in the fashion industry. 

Previous winners of this esteemed French competition are designers such as Sandra Backlund, Henrik Vibskov, Ute Ploier, and Romain Kremer.
