We have waited a long time for Teppei Kaneuji’s first solo exhibition, and it most certainly does not disappoint. Entitled ‘Melting City/Empty Forest,’ it is being shown at the Yokohama Museum of Art, Japan.
From these images I have to say it looks awesome. The key style in Keneuji’s work is certainly the grouping of the pop culture icons and miscellaneous objects he selects. Now if I tried this it would look like a jumbled mess, but Kaneuji’s style turns these into really amazing sculptures.
