Sakura Adachi's ‘Eclipse' Steel Fruit Bowls are a 2-in-1 Inno

Designer Sakura Adachi’s latest innovation are the ‘Eclipse’ steel fruit bowls. The black and white duo hemispheres have been cut so that when slotted together they become one. The bowls connect horizontally or vertically to allow for a variety of looks and uses.

Adachi’s ‘Eclipse’ steel fruit bowls received the Red Dot Design Concept Award 2010. Interlocking elements are a common element in Adachi’s furniture and product designs.
