With the royal wedding just days away, we've seen dozens of novelty products pop up to commemorate the occasion; however, the sugary royal jewelry created by pastry chef Laurent Branlard at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort in Florida is my favorite. Chef Branlard made edible versions of the 18-carat engagement ring that Kate Middleton -- and previously, Princess Diana -- is wearing and one of Princess Diana's tiaras.
The sugary royal jewelry is completely edible and made only of spun, sculpted and pulled sugar. The video features Chef Branlard in action, carefully creating the tiara under the watchful eyes of onlookers. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort will be serving English tea and breakfast on the day of the royal wedding; until then, the royal jewelry will be on display in the hotel lobby.
