Vito Selma's Paisley Chair is Classically Contemporary

Although the name of the Paisley Chair brings to mind classic paisley prints, it does not actually sport this pattern. Instead, it takes the idea of paisley prints and creates an inspired version of it. It basically takes the droplet-shaped vegetable motif and blows it up so that the whole piece of furniture itself is just one element of the traditional paisley print.

Designed by Vito Selma, the Paisley Chair still has a whimsically exotic feel to it that speaks to the pattern's Indian and Persian origin. Its simple aesthetic gives the Paisley Chair a more contemporary feel while not compromisting its romantic air.
