Keep your eyes peeled fro the Nanhe River Landscape Bridge next time you visit Xinjin, China. Construction on this bridge (designed by WXY Architecture and Weidlinger Associates Consulting Engineers) is set to begin later this year.
The Nanhe River Landscape Bridge is draws its design from the surrounding landscape. The five oval rings in the bridge “are symbolic of the five rivers that converge on Xinjin.” I am all for symbolism, especially when it comes to architecture. Read below to find out more about this bridge.
