The Mr. Potato Head Icon ad campaign is idol overload. It meshes famous personalities with the popular Playskool toy to create playful portraits celebrating the 60th birthday of all involved. Created by Hasbro, they could think of no better way to ring in this milestone than by including those famous personalities that were born in the same year. Legendary rockstar Alex Lora, American humor magazine Mad, musician Dee Dee Ramone and actor Mr. T all make an appearance in the print ads.

Focusing on their commonalities, the Mr. Potato Head Icon ad campaign shows that they are not only all the same age, but they also represent a moment in time while still making history. More than that, they all have funny, particular and unique features.
