Masses of Missoni knit layers in earthy hues of brown, grey and indigo created a gorgeous gradation of color and texture on the runway for Fall 2009.

Multiple head-covering shawls, cardigans and fringe-finished scarves drifting to the floor were layered over leggings and miniskirts.

As a fan of fringe and layers, I absolutely love this look. It’s urban streetwear with a flowing ‘Middle-Earth’ couture flair.
