Conceived and executed by Sao Paolo-based ad agency Paz Comunicação Estratégica, the Mariana City Hall campaign depicts these horrible crimes through the sad eyes of two children. Although they are made up to look like clowns, they are far from happy. Only awareness and a guardian's devout protection can put a smile on their innocent faces.
