Leave it to Lady Gaga to be one of the first to sport a piece from Marc Jacobs’ Fall 2009 collection. Namely, the almost glowing neon yellow cape with black bordering.
Lady Gaga in Marc Jacobs is not really new, but I must say, this particular outfit is really one of her more tempered ensembles. So yes, this is definitely my favorite example of Lady Gaga in Marc Jacobs! As we all know, Lady Gaga’s fashion can be quite gag-worthy, but the yellow cape actually looks fashionable.
I think it’s most likely because she decided to wear it with simple black pants and let only the cape make the statement. No weird hats, odd frogs, hair animals - good on you, Lady Gaga!
