The event was held to promote Target's fall clothing line, with over 60 dancers in the kaleidoscope hotel's room windows performing to a choreographed music program. This was a spectacular exhibit for a budget retailer in a hotel infamous for exhibitionism -- a winning combination if I've ever heard one!
