Instead of playing off of the monochromatic clothing palette strictly adhered to by stylist and fashion editor Juan Cebrian, the Harper's Bazaar 'Spain Cruza la Linea' editorial has injected colorful borders and backdrops to spice things up a bit. Spanish photographer Txema Yeste also works with colored shots in addition to black and white ones.

Starring model Liya Kebede, the Harper's Bazaar Spain Cruza la Linea editorial is set to appear in the magazine's May 2012 issue. The Ethiopian beauty was outfitted in a classic and clean-lined wardrobe filled with designs from such labels as Gucci, Calvin Klein and Celine. The streak of red in her voluminous coif created by hairstylist Tomohiro Ohashi and matching red lips by makeup artist Victor Alvarez give the looks a contemporary flair.
