The Gentlewoman Nieuw photoshoot will be placed within the Spring/Summer 2013 edition of the publication. Model Saska de Brauw appeared quite solemn in the production in spite of the sprawling blue shores that she stood before, breaking the standard mold of beachside editorials.
Taking in de Brauw's captivating gazes was photographer Alasdair McLellan. McLellan often worked with a black and white finish, contributing to the darker mood that abounded the Nieuw series. Stylist Jonathan Kaye got on board with an assortment of all-black pieces, seen in his inclusion of sheer dresses, short jumpers, billowing skirts and professional suits. When taken together, de Brauw appeared to be ready for diverse events, inclusive of funerals and boardroom meetings.
