One Golden Retriever dyed to look like a tiger and four Chow Chows dyed to mimic the looks of baby giant pandas participated in the promotion. The pet park used dogs dyed like zoo animals to attract investors, and draw tenants. It was hoped that pet grooming services, pet hospitals and pet trading markets would be drawn to the new venue.
