Aichinger House by Hertl Architekten Has Curtain-Covered Outer Walls

This stunning structure is a restaurant-turned-home by Hertl Architekten. The process of converting this bar into a flat took a radical design turn when Hertl introduced interior curtains across the exterior of the building.

The architects also removed the existing roof to create a flatter one for the Aichinger House. Overall, the result is so stunning that I feel the urge to make my home’s exterior aesthetic identical to my living room’s.
