Dominc Wilcox's 'Do Not Touch' Chair Defeats Its Purpose

Always the innovative industrial designer, Dominic Wilcox has created the 'Do Not Touch chair. Although it defeats the purpose of a chair, it demonstrates the fine line between form and functionality in regards to our everyday surroundings.

A line wire sculpture, the Do Not Touch Chair was made with one continuous piece of wire. Instead of using simple "Do Not Touch" signs that litter museum halls, this installation features a speaker that blares "do not touch" if the chair is, in fact, touched.
