Illustrator, animator and graphic novelist Renee French has taken her personal challenge with migraine headaches and placed it into visual form. The wordless book "H Day" published by Piturebox of Brooklyn, New York and available on Amazon.com tells the eerie and sometimes visually scary story of what goes on in her head at the time of an outbreak. The work is done in flipbook-style animation.
Renee French calls this format "silent storytelling." The artist's first figurine is to be released based on her character "Slug Girl" which was sculpted by toy company, Monster5 of Japan.
