When Vladimir Shelest envisions the future of Russia, it appears that he sees a brave new world for 2050. Industrial, warlike and stark are just a few of the words that spring to mind when I perused through his 'Moscow 2050' portfolio. Although I've never visited the city before, I can only imagine that this is drastically different from what it is now.
Through digital art, Vladimir Shelest displays a very futuristically-inclined mind, as is evident from his other Behance portfolios. Although a science-fiction reality seems slightly far-fetched, in a purely aesthetics point of view, I can't help but appreciate his prediction attempts.
