Confessing Musical Sins

Basilica Block Party Ties Religion and Music Through Advertising

The Basilica Block Party is a radio station who went to extreme measures to talk to God. They've painted an ad onto the roof of a building that reads, "Dear God, Forgive us for the whole 'Hammer Pants' thing and we'll put on a killer show."

It's a pretty innovative way to advertise, but I'm not entirely sure who they were targeting, as not many people would be able to see the Basilica Block Party ad from the top of the building.
