The Samsung Epic 4G Smartphone Joins the Android Bandwagon

Sprint Nextel Corporation has unveiled the Samsung Epic 4G Smartphone, which features a 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen, slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a six-axis motion sensor. Epic 4G is Samsung's first 4G Android device and will initially run on Google's Android 2.1 operating system.

The other features of this Samsung Epic 4G Smartphone include a 5 megapixel main camera, its ability to capture 720p video, a digital compass, proximity sensor and other tech-savvy features.
