Porky's BBQ, based out of Lafayette, Indiana, has upped the ante when it comes to making dreams a reality. It is offering something called the Pulled Pork Parfait, and it just may make an honest woman out of me yet.
Combining what appears to be layer upon delicious layer of pulled pork, barbecue sauce and mashed potatoes, the Pulled Pork Parfait can only be called a true work of art. My only wish is that Porky's BBQ would come here right now and deliver one to me.
