These paintings by Tetsuya Ishida are frightfully surreal and feature his futuristic portrayal of the world with the ever-climbing importance of technology. These nightmarish images show a boy with a cell phone implanted into his face, people taking out a very human-looking robot from a box and a Foxconn inspired dorm room, filled with dismembered youth putting together Apple products.
This terrifying set of images is meant to make you think about the impact technology has on your world, which I think Tetsuya Ishida does peretty clearly.
