Each airship will contain thousands of smaller plants and vines, and sensors to detect real-time weather, noise, traffic, and pollution. Using GPS and GIS, the Migrating Floating Gardens will navigate the city like shade- and oxygen-giving UFOs before returning to their base to recharge their photovoltaic skins.
