Abstract Axes

Not Compatible With Guitar Hero

You’ve likely at some point have heard a guitar been called an axe, but you probably have never heard one been referred to as a sword or a pair of scissors, until now of course. Ed Roman, a guitar mogul form Las Vegas who sells, collects, and builds guitars from the conventional to the downright bizarre, has amassed a collection of these artistic pieces that clearly choose fashion over function. More likely to be put in a display case and hung on a wall than be swung around on a concert stage, these oddities sure catch the eye, and might have you thinking of switching to drums if you were intent on learning the guitar. To see these abstract axes in the flesh you’ll have to take a road trip down to Sin City where Mr. Roman has them up for display in his store.
