The new NicStick (aka the Smokeless Cigarette) bypasses ALL anti-smoking laws in bars and restaurants because quite simply.... there is NO smoke. No smoking laws are in place to protect non-smokers, but guess what? Where there's no smoke... there's no law... and there's also no tar (or other byproducts of typical cigarettes).
And YES! For you smokers out there. The nicotine is still ALL there there for your smoking pleasure.
Whether this product will really work as an anti-smoking aid remains to be seen. In the meantime, it's a huge advancement in that it protects non-smokers in the home from secondhand smoke.
