Teens are always hankering for the latest technology, but some are learning that having access to the latest and greatest isn't always all it's cracked up to be.
Cell phones, pagers and IM can also be used as tools of harrasment and stalking. Rumours can be spread and technology can be used to wage what's tantamount to warfare. The same technology that parents equip their kids with to keep them safe can also be used to harrass and torment these kids.
