Themed weddings can sometimes be on the outrageous side and let’s face it--they can be downright tacky. This couple, however, gave their classy wedding a little geektastic touch without turning their big day into a spectacle.

Paying homage to Nintendo, Scott Shackelford and wife Allison gave a guests a few added surprises and trinkets. Their cake was shaped as an old-school Nintendo cartridge with matching controllers and the bride’s garter has a little Nintendo tag attached.
