Artistic Vinyl Canvases

The 'Record Time' Collection Exhibits Designs From 24 Artists

I love vinyl and this exhibition is a tribute to the old dusty records. 24 fantastic typographers, designers and artists have made their own unique stamp on vinyl for the ‘Record Time’ show at the Palmer Projects in Sydney, Australia.

The artists involved include ALIFE, Michael Leon, Jonathan Zawada, Alex Trochut, Jeremyville, Andy Howell, Collider, and many more.

In an increasingly digital world, it is heartwarming to see artistic innovations using old records with a focus on reinventing them for functional purposes today, like an ornamented clock. Very nice.

Record Time is on until May 28th, 2009 at Palmer Projects in Sydney Australia.
