A team of German scientists cataloging sea life are responsible for discovering these weird new sea creatures. They live in depths of 700- 6000 meters in the Wendell Sea.Reports claim around 700 new species were found during this deep sea diversity project, many were less than 0.2 inches (5mm). Kinda makes you wonder what else is down there.
