Christoph Rehage Walks From Beijing to Germany in "The Longest Way"

Forrest Gump may have gone for a long walk, but Christopher Rehage did it for real. From November 9, 2007 to November 13, 2008, Christoph Rehage tried to walk from Beijing to Germany.

Rehage's now-released video “The Longest Way” and website of the same title are catching people’s attention--and rightfully so, as Christoph Rehage walked for just over a year. He documented his travels and kept track of miles covered, which were 2,885. He edited an entire year of footage into a 5-minute video that can be found on thelongestway.com
