Janis Joplin Eyewear

Collaboration Between Bernhard Willhelm & Mykita

If you are a sunglasses freak like me, you will definitely love the new attitude-packed fashion shades created by wacky designer Bernhard Willhelm’s creative mind and finally brought to life by German eyewear label Mykita.

Mykita, which is known for their gorgeously handcrafted sunglasses, has produced Bernhard Willhelm’s funky shades for his A/W '09 ready-to-wear collection for men and women.

The collection features a range of cool shades in bright colors and gold and silver shades. There are also a couple of circular sunglasses which are back in vogue. The inspiration for his women’s collection was greatly derived from 70s rock legend Janis Joplin.

All you have to do is tie that bandanna around your head, put the circular shades on and enjoy this year’s summer festivals.
