Wind Power Expansions

London's 'Quietrevolution' Spins Powerful Presence in the UK (UPDATE)

The London company ’quietrevolution’ opened manufacturing facilities in Pembroke Dock at the end of 2007. Volume production began in earnest in January 2008.

Currently, the plant puts out two turbines a week. Full capacity is about 50 a month, all of which will be needed to meet projected demands in 2009 and beyond.

Trend Hunter first spotted this company in 2007. The cost per turbine has risen slightly and is now close to $50K, but there seems to be no shortage of takers even at that price.
