Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger called Slumdog Millionaire “unbelievably powerful and life changing.” The best way to pay homage to the movie was to involve the Pussycat Dolls in their version of “Jai Ho,” the Oscar winning song from Slumdog Millionaire.
The Pussycat Dolls shot the video in Vienna in the middle of a blizzard, but the energy and warmth from the movie carried them through and they felt they were an “extension” of the movie.
“After watching that movie, phone a friend for sure,” Scherzinger says. “Cause in the end, if you have love, then that’s all that matters—you win. Love always wins in the end.”
