Ice Cream Cone Bathrooms

'Come Up to My Room' Exhibit in Toronto

Toronto’s ‘Come Up to My Room’ exhibit currently inhabits the Gladstone Hotel and is a showcase for 23 alternative artists. Each room in the hotel has been transformed into creatively quirky displays like the ice cream cone bathroom by Liz Wolfe and Mauricio Affonso.

Puddles of the melted treat peppered with pastel cones, ooze out of baskets, line window sills and pour from the faucet into a bathroom sink.

Other ‘Come Up to My Room’ displays include Jeremy Hatch’s ceramic tools and ropes, and Maura McKibbon and Jasna Sokolovic’s bird and water drop bathroom.
