Big longing eyes, collapsed bodies and wide smiles. Hmm. Intriguing. Greek artist Alexandros Vasmoulakis’ main purpose is to communicate. I am not sure exactly what these big-lipped figures say, but they sure as hell have attitude. They look a bit like a party gone horribly wrong, ending in an absinthe-infused erotic riot.
Alexandros Vasmoulakis studied fine arts and works as a freelancer. These images are from his current exhibition ‘Hey Ho! Here we go ever so high,’ which is on from February 4 to March 5, 2009.
